While I was Professor at Universidad Cesar Vallejo - Tarapoto, I have the chance to know Mario, he was my teacher in a 4 month course in Applied Computer Network, he was not only polite but very clever and excellent teacher, I learned a lot. I personally think he is one the peruvian stars in the growing field of ICT in our country.
